Yes — and it works beautifully. We recommend working with a local embroidery shop to add initials, names, or bridal party titles. We have tested this on our 19 momme Mulberry silk and it holds embroidery perfectly. Many brides personalize each piece with her bridesmaid's name or role (Maid of Honor, Matron of Honor, etc.).
We recommend ordering at least 4–6 weeks before your wedding for domestic US delivery, and 6–8 weeks if you plan to add embroidery or personalization. For large parties or international shipping, 8 weeks gives you comfortable breathing room.
