Returns & Exchanges Policy
We always want you to be happy with your purchase. However, we understand that sometimes things don't always work out. We always recommend trying on your garment as soon as you receive it and keeping the original packaging in case you need it.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged and in original packaging in the same condition you received them. A quick try-on is fine, of course - but we can't responsibly accept returns if the items have been worn, damaged, stained or washed. We want to make sure that any items put back to stock are in perfect condition for the next customer. Items returned that are not in sellable condition, stained, damaged, torn or washed will NOT be eligible for a refund.
Silk is a beautiful fabric but it is also delicate and must be handled with care. Please be especially mindful when trying on Silk products, returns received with pulled fabric, stains or damage will not be eligible for a refund and returned to the customer.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, in a few days.
Shipping
If you're located in the Contiguous US return shipping is Free. Please email hello@moresunday.com for a prepaid shipping label. Please include your order number and note it is for a return in the box.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at hello@moresunday.com.
Exchanges
If you need a different size, please reach out to our customer service team right away. If we have the item in stock we are happy to facilitate a return. We cannot guarantee that it will be in stock.
If you need to exchange it for the same item because it is defective, email us a picture and your order number at hello@moresunday.com. Once we authorize the exchange, we will send you a prepaid label to ship to our offices. Please include your order number and note it is for an exchange in the box.
